Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item you have purchased is defective/damaged. If you receive a defective/damaged item, please email us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect within 24hrs after delivery of your order.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product or in case of refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment/wallet service/store credits will be given and the notification will be sent via email.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

To return the item you purchased, please e-mail it to email@example.com and we will get it picked up or you need to ship it back to us incase the pick up facility is not available on the respective pincode.
